Holiday Sparkle

It seems as though I have a party to attend every few nights from now until January. Most of these soirees are after work gatherings. The idea being to catch people before they head home for the evening. I want to look fresh and festive when I arrive at these events and not like someone who has been slaving all day or just pulled a ski helmet off her head. The primp also has to be fast and easy. So, what do I recommend to keep it simple and look your best? Three products have been doing it for me and I definitely can say that they will work on anyone. Any age, any skin tone and most any budget.

I love Guerlain Meteorites powder for the face. Run a big brush over these tiny balls of beauty and lightly dust all over the face. Instant complexion boost, instant spirit lift. This definitely gets me in the Celebratory Mood.

Next, I'll stoke on a bit of Bobbi Brown Navajo shimmer eye-shadow just under my eyebrow on the brow bone. This technique really gives tires eyes a lift. And if I'm feeling extra festive I'll dust a little around the temple area of my face to add a bit of glow.

Lastly, I swipe a bit of Laura Geller City Lights lip gloss over my lips. This is a delectable pale shimmery gold color that looks amazing alone or over any lipstick color. The texture is fabulous and it keeps my lips hydrated in this dry, winter climate.

For a final touch I put a little fashion accessory bling in my hair and off I go to enjoy yet another fun filled evening of laughter, joy and friendship. Because at the end of the day that's all life is really about.
