A couple of products (and tricks for application) that parlay beautifully from film to daily use...
As I mentioned earlier the concealer from Make-Up Forever in conjunction with their light-weight HD foundation will leave your skin looking flawless all day long with minimal touch-ups. Always apply concealer in the "moon" area of the eye first (the area between the inside corner of the eye and the nose). This is where darkness begins and is the most prevalent. Continue tapping the concealer down along the side of the nose and lightly under the eye. Never pull or swipe concealer along the tender eye area, always gently pat or tap.
For a big night out on the town, or a hot date with the hubby, go for a smoky eye look as seen here on Melissa Wyler. (She plays Cougar Rhonda in the film) For this scene in the movie where Melissa's character is being "hunted" by 20 something "Tom" I wanted "Rhonda" to especially shine. I chose a quad palette from Rain cosmetics in Tryst. I applied the light grey color all over the eye. On the lid I applied the shimmery silver and the black in the crease area. The white when right up under her brow on the brow bone. I used a Kohl pencil from Lancome on the underside of the eye and smudged the black eye-shadow over the liner. Next I applied MAC false eyelashes #7. I measured the strip to her eye 3/4 across and used Duo adhesive to adhere them. Duo adhesive is a non-irritating surgical glue that I think is the best product for false lashes. It comes out white and dries clear. I followed up with Bobbi Brown gel liner in black and Maybellene waterproof mascara. This cougar is a Diva indeed.
